  How fast do you ship my order?

The product we carry is always located & shipped from USA. We offer a fast delivery solution because all goods are ready to be shipped within 24-48 hours out of our USA location. You order today, we ship in 48 hours. There is no 20-30 days waiting period on your order.
Our very low mix & match minimum is a winning combination plus a very strong benefit for our large, small business accounts or companies just starting out.

We are a USA company located in New Jersey.

 

What kind of product do you carry?

We have a wide range of fashion accessories starting with Satin Stripe, Chiffon, Georgette & Pashmina products of various material, hair bands, kintted or crocheted scarves, shawls & other fashion products mostly fabric based, etc.

 

 Do I need to set up an account with your company?

You do not need to set up an account. As soon as you make your first purchase, your account is automatically activated.

 

 Do i need a Tax ID or a Resale license?

A tax Id or Resale license is required. Order Can be cancelled, if not with valid ones.

 How often is your website updated?

We list about 30 -50 new items twice a week. We email some of new arrivals to our customers weekly.  Also, information about promotional discounts and coupons.

 

 What are your minimum order requirements?

Our minimum order is $100.00 including shipping freight.

 

 How do I pay for my order?

Domestic Orders:

  • Credit Card : Visa, Master, Amex, Discover
  • Paypal

International Orders: (no credit cards, please)

  • Wire Transfer
  • Cashier's Check

 

How do I place my order?

 

You may place your order through a secure online shopping cart on our website.  This is the best way of order.
We use 128 bit encryption so your info is always secure.

You may also place your order by email. Email order should include Personal/Business info , Product Codes, Quantity, Shipping address, Payment information.

 

 How will you process my order? 

  1. Credit card orders placed online are sent to our sales department immediately.

  2. BY submitting your Credit Card info online your card doesn't automatically get charged.

  3. Our sales representative carefully inspects your order making sure everything is correct & only then charges your credit card.

  4. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is processed.

  5. We then email a tracking number for your shipment.

 Shipping charges for International orders do not include any customs or duty fee's which may be imposed by your country.
Buyers should familiarize themselves with any additional fee's that are not covered as part of our standard shipping charge.

 

Cancelling or Chaning Order

1. You can call or send email to cancel the order within 12 hours, while order has not been shipped out.

2. Paid amount will be refunded, after processing fee.

 

Short Ship and Rejected Order

1. Any of out of stock item will be excluded from Invoice, or adjusted in quantity. And new Invoice will be sent at shipping time.

2. Order can be rejected by fashionUnic if order was not placed properly like by Fraud, System error, False card use, Address verification, etc.

3. fashionUnic can reject/cancel the order if customer fail to provide valid Resale ID and Business information as a reseller or retailer.

 How do you ship how long does it take to receive my order after I pay?

We use Fedex and USPS to ship all Domestic or International orders. Generally all orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment although half  of orders are shipped next day depending upon our current workload and the time of day the payment was received.
Package normally takes 1-5 business days to be delivered by Fedex to most USA destinations.

For HI, AK, PR, we ship by USPS Priority Mail.
International orders take 5 to 10 days to be delivered to your door.

  Reseller Verification

  • fashionUnic.com is wholesale company. Valid Resale or Tax ID required from all customers.

  • In case all required information are not filled on customer profile, order can be rejected. Paid amount will be refunded.

  • In case customers are not verified as actual reseller/retailer, fashionUnic won't get any partial return, request of exchange or reshipping.

 

  Sampling Order

  • fashionUnic.com doesn't offer sampling service

  • fashionUnic.com doens't print any catalogue

  • Minimum is $100.00 including S&H.

  • For sampling, customers can multiple the quantity to meet the minimum of $60.00 and leave a note about actual quantity needed. 
    We'll adjust the Invoice for actual quantity

  • For Sampling order, all required information should be filled at customers profile including Resale/Tax ID. And Shipping Address should be Business (no Residential)

 

  Shortage & Back Order

  • Out of stock items will be excluded by adjusting Invoice

  • In case we can ship out of stock items in 3 days, we'll leave them as Back Order.

  • Back ordered items will be charged seperately on shipping day.

  • Customers can request ship any out of stock item without S&H when we restock

  • Back order or re-shipping is limited to over $50.00 amount.

 

 

May I return the product I do not like & get a refund?

  •  You can return the in 2 weeks from the arrival date of your package.

  • For defected products, we'll refund full amount or give you credit. Otherwise, 20% will be deducted for restocking.

  • items must have all tags intact & not show any signs of wear.

  • Please make sure to get a return authorization number (R.A.N.) by email before sending your item(s) back. RAN will not be provided by phone.

  • All non-confirmed returns will be refused.  Accounts which refuse or cancel requested shipments already processed will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

  • In case of partial return, please include a copy of Invoice, marking the returning items and reason of return.
